The staff was wonderful. The rooms were clean. The breakfast wasn't great though. The waffle makers weren't working correctly and they ran out of food.

Booked a room for 5 people. 2 queen beds and a foldout couch bed, and they are out of bed pillows, so all we get are tiny little square couch pillows. Seriously?! For $200 we don’t even get a pillow?!

Terrible pillows!

All was great with the exception of the small pillows on the beds. They need to get regular sized pillows for sleeping comfort. All else and service was great!

Hotel is very well kept up. We got here during a snow storm, and we enjoyed watching the snow while swimming in the heated pool and hot tub. We enjoyed the pool area very much. The rooms are spacious and nice. Excited to check out the breakfast in the morning. So far, I would definitely return to this property for an overnight stay.

First off- Katie at the front desk was PHENOMENAL! She was so helpful and made our stay wonderful. This hotel is pretty new so it’s very clean and well maintained. We had some small issues like the door that slides to close the bathroom was stuck and we had to wait over 10 min for the hot water in the shower. Katie came to the rescue ! She also checked that the pool was heated since I mentioned that my daughter wanted to use it. She was the only staff in the evening and it got pretty busy but she managed to do it all with a smile. In the morning, breakfast was wonderful !

New property, very nice, well lit parking. Breakfast just so so, pillows as usual for best western were terrible and while the bathroom was large and well lit it took a good five minutes to get hot water and even then it was barely warm enough for a shower.

No Hot Water!

After an 7 hour day of driving I wanted a hot shower. There was NO HOT WATER when I showered and no Kleenex in the dispenser.

Newer hotel, nicely done. Build-out is modern and comfortable. Plank flooring in rooms is a big plus, especially if traveling with a pet. Rooms are larger than most in this price range. Breakfast options are plentiful. Property is in convenient location, staff is friendly and responsive. Will stay again when passing through the area.
