The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wash any dishes used during your stay & place on dish rack.
Return both the loft AC & mini split to auto mode at 70 degrees.
Vacuum any crumbs or hair from the floor.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

The hot tub must be covered when not in use. A $50 fee will be assessed if leaving it uncovered leads to contamination, draining, cleaning, refilling.
Dogs are not permitted to be in the bed nor the couch and must remain in a kennel if unattended. They must be on a leash if outside the property.
Must disclose if any pets or extra guests will be staying with you and add them accordingly. No cats allowed due to other guests serious allergies.
