The shower was dirty. The shower probably not clean. Alot of body hair can be seen in the shower. Breakfast egg was burn. Sauage was crisp and burn.

The bathroom had hair on the toilet and on the floor around the sink. Also I requested a quiet room and the man at checkin stated no problem as they were not busy. But we were right next to a couple who was very loud. This is not the fault of the hotel, however if they were not busy maybe he could’ve put us a room away from other people? The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious.

Excellent property, staff and amenities! The staff at check in and check out were prompt, friendly and service driven. The room was spacious, clean and had ample storage space. Breakfast was excellent! Bacon, eggs, biscuits, gravy, yogurts, juices, pancakes and great coffee! There was a dedicated staff member attending the breakfast area. Even the housekeeping staff warmly greeted us upon entering! Don't stay anywhere else in Amarillo! This hotel has perfected it's craft!

This place definitely exceeded my expectations. The price was great and the room was very clean and welcoming. The Continental breakfast had a lot of really great options that I had not seen at other hotels. Good coffee as well. It was a breath of fresh air after the last hotel we had stayed in, which was pretty terrible. Glad I got the opportunity to experience the Holiday inn Express! Will definitely be staying there again.
