Bad beds, bad coffee maker set off firealarm, bad frig had to unplug as constant humming. Loud freeway noise, shared room door between rooms made hearing neighbors a feature as well. Heater loud. No elevator. Two stars only because cleaned well otherwise 1/2 star

The room was horrible, smelled really bad. When we went to use the bathroom, we noticed water underneath the tile around the toilet and realized the toilet was leaking from the bottom. The horrible smell was from the sewage because the toilet wasn’t secured to the floor and leaking from the bottom. We brought it to the attention of the employees at the front counter and they said they couldn’t do anything about it because they didn’t have any other rooms available. I was so disappointed and angry because they didn’t even show concern or offer a refund or discount on the room. Unfortunately we did not sleep in the room, actually ended up sleeping in the car and left the very next morning. I would never recommend this location, staff doesn’t care.
