Staff were nice but “continental breakfast” was nothing like it was advertised on the website. They didn’t have any food available and the coffee was cold and it was the only beverage option.

Not the greatest experience. Our room smelled bad, there was no soap to wash hands and blow dryer didn’t work. Had planned to eat the continental breakfast to get a quick and early start on our road trip at 6:30, but it was very minimal. Waffles and syrup (no butter) with no knives to cut, juice ran out, noir even cups in sight, and undercooked biscuits. Ended up having to buy breakfast.

Stayed here in a pinch. Do not recommend. Rooms are dirty & saw a crawl under the bed. Breakfast was limited and the area was a total mess. Waffle batter and syrup dripped all over the counter. No one kept the breakfast area clean during seevice or refilled the coffee cups, napkins or eating utensil.

I paid for two rooms and showed up at 3am due to a traffic delay. The lady attending the lobby gave away my rooms and claimed since check in wasn’t until 2pm she couldn’t sell me new rooms.. I was offered no refund (basically stole my money and rooms)

This was a great property especially with a dog because there is a huge walk area in the back with a path. The room was huge. The receptionist was very good. Great location.

Traveling solo, I felt safe and that was important. Online reservation and check in were super convenient. Parking was well lit and easy. Clean toilet and shower with hot water and fresh towels. The room was rather odd and could use some easy upgrades: phone was missing a cord - was just sitting on the table unplugged; hair dryer had what looked like nail polish melted or smeared all over it with hair stuck to it; AC blew cold but I had to tuck the curtain up into the window sill or else the air blew it open consistently; front door closed and locked completely, but there was a ¼" gap or so where it closed that let in light and felt like it wasn't closed completely; bed was fine - but pushed way over against the wall that you could not comfortably see the tv from the bed as the room was so large it seemed like it was meant originally for 2 beds maybe. Overall average stay - what seem like a few simple fixes / updates would help tremendously.
