I was given a handicapped room. It was spacious. That is about the only positive thing I can say. The room smelled like cigarette smoke, the bathroom door had a hole in it that went all the way through it, the lamp shade was ripped, and the coffee maker was missing the basket and hadn’t been cleaned and so so long that there was mold growing inside of the water reservoir. I was offered a different room to stay in when I reported the cigarette smoke, but I turned that down because I had moved everything in and I thought the space was good for my dog who had been in the car with me for over eight hours.

The room was horrible! The door didn't lock on the outside when you left the room. Anyone could have entered my room while I was going back and forth to my car carrying in luggage. I did not discover this until I was leaving the next morning. When I turned the A/C on, the curtain billowed out from the window so people could see in the room. I put pillows against the curtain to solve the problem, which was fine because the pillowcases looked like they had not been washed in a year and I was not going to use them. The room was a non smoking room that reeked of cigarette smoke and there was a burn mark in one of the bedspreads. I did not want to guess what the stain was on the bedspread.There was toothpaste on the mirror above the bathroom sink and it was obvious the tub and shower had not been cleaned in a long time. The nicest thing about this room was the flooring! It was very pretty, but again, had not been cleaned in a long time.

It was a clean room and the people at the front desk were always very courteous and helpful. I traveled with my dog and these rooms are suited to someone with a pet. Clean laminate floors and spacious and open. It is not fancy and a bit dated, but it was great for what it was. I loved seeing all the other dogs around as their owners took them for walks.

DO NOT STAY HERE WITH FAMILY. Rude staff, and dirty! Cigarette holes in bed spread, knife slashed in curtains.... 2 VERY VERY small DIRTY towels for THREE ADULTS.... (2 adults and 1 17 yr old so essentially 3 adults) just gross.

Staff were nice but “continental breakfast” was nothing like it was advertised on the website. They didn’t have any food available and the coffee was cold and it was the only beverage option.
