Super cute for a fun night on a road trip. Rooms are cute and cowboy decor. Was great to walk next door and have a delicious steak at The Big Texan Steakhouse.

As always the room was amazing. Love the western decor and the layout. We were here on business. We also had 10 horses at the horse hotel, which was also great except the water spigot at the end of the barn we were on did not work. We called and they simply told us it didn’t work. Kinda made it inconvenient but there were some really nice ladies who also had horses there that were kind enough to let us use their water hose in addition to ours to make sure we could water our horses

Motel is located beside I=40 so it is noisy. I did like the fact that you can walkv to the steakhouse next door. And the price for the room was great. Not crazy about not having an attendant at the front desk. If you wanted help you had to call a phone number and then got a recording. I like that personal availability for assistance.

I really enjoyed this property — it was a unique experience! The room was clean and spacious, and the food at the restaurant was excellent. I’m picky about my steak (I'm a Texan, after all!), but The Big Texan Restaurant didn’t disappoint. The gaming area was super cool, and overall, we had a blast. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of the pool. As a certified pool operator myself, I could tell the water chemistry wasn’t quite right. Against my better judgment — since we were on vacation — I let the kids swim, and thankfully no one got sick. But the pool definitely needs more attention. Other than that, everything worked out great. Y’all just keep that pool in better shape, and we just might be back!

Wonderful stay! Highly recommended.

Our stay was amazing! We were traveling from California and arrived very late. The check in process was so easy. We had the information we needed before we ever made it to the hotel so we went straight to our room. The room was perfect. The shower head in our room was amazing. I honestly think it was the best feeling shower I have ever had. We loved the decor. The bed was so comfy. The property was quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend staying here.

Had a great time. Each room is different. There is no elevator so make sure you ask about a bottom level if you need that. The restaurant is within the same parking lot so safe to walk. The staff was very helpful.

We stayed at the Big Texan Motel for the experience of a motel that was set up like an old western town, it did not disappoint. The age of the property is showing but it’s still a great place to stay. The restaurant is absolutely amazing, food was fantastic, the parking lot was full but we still got right in, so don’t be intimidated by that.
