Staff were excellent. Room was the size of a studio apartment. Very clean. Bed was comfortable. No road noise but the room was noisy from people talking in the hall and doors shutting. Was easily accessible and was in a convenient location. We felt this was a great value.

My biggest complaint? This non smoking room reeked of smoke. That’s an immediate downgrade. I would’ve requested another room but just too tired to deal with it after being on the road all day. The room was spacious and clean except top shelf of tv stand; (crumbs, wrapper). A minor quibble. Another minor quibble: no guide for the tv. Just wanted to watch news. Changed input to cable tv. But tv guide button didn’t bring up guide. Not going to waste time repeatedly pressing channel button. I can watch news on iPad. If not for the smoke smell, I would’ve rated this 5 stars.
