We stayed here for one night with family (6 people). The place is amazing, everything is new and clean. The personnel was smiling and very helpful. They served us turkish coffee upon arrival. The breakfast was correct. I highly recommend 😊

Otelin konumu çok iyi. Yorumlara bakarak burayı tercih ettik, görevliler herkesten yorum yapmasını istiyor ne yazık ki oldukça yanıltıcı. Odalar çok küçük ve ahşap merdivenle üst kata çıkılıyor. Ses yalıtımı diye bir şey yok. Binadaki en küçük hareket bile duyulurken birisinin merdiven çıkması bütün odaları etkiliyor. Fotolar doğru değil. Konak diye kaldık ama hiç bir özelliği yok. 2 oda kiraladık, sabah kızımın vücudunda 4 kızarıklık vardı, odalar temiz değil muhtemelen böcek vardı. Saat 23den sonra yanımızdaki odayı 15-20 dk süpürdüler. Gece ve sabah 2 kez alarm çaldı. Yani daha ne söyleyelim hiç birimiz uyuyamadık. Kahvaltı salonunda sıra bekliyorsunuz, birkaç çeşit ürün var. Saç kurutma makinesi çalışmıyordu. Evet personeli ilgili davranıyor ama insanlar güler yüzü hizmet kalitesiyle karıştırıyor. Otel de bunu kullanıyor. Bir de isimlerini söyleyip olumsuzları bize olumlu yorumları siteye bırakın diye yönlendiriyorlar. Kalitesiz küçük bir işletme, verilen ücreti hak ettiklerini düşünmüyorum. Bu bölgedeki diğer konaklar belki daha iyidir. Biz konak kelimesinden nefret ettik. Sonraki gün aynı ücrete 3 yıldızlı bir otele geçtik rahatladık.
