The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent this charming 100 m² house in Amayé-sur-Orne which can accommodate up to 6 people. It includes a 50 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 600 m² garden with swing. Wi-Fi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is as follows :
Ground floor :
- A 50 m² living room, including the open-plan kitchen, with bay windows overlooking the wooded garden
- An open-plan kitchen with bay windows overlooking the wooded garden, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob and dining area.
- A shower room with shower and WC

First floor :
- 50 m² lounge with double sofa bed, TV and coffee table
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x190)

Exterior :
- The total outdoor space is 5000 m² and part of the garden is accessible to the gîte's tenants (approximately 600 m²), the other part is reserved for the owners. There is a table, chairs and swings.

The house is ideally located in Amayé-sur-Orne, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

Activities :
Less than 2 km away, you'll find a variety of activities: canoeing, kayaking, pedalos, climbing, cycling (direct access to the greenway leading to the sea and Suisse Normande), forest walks (Forêt communale de Grimbosq with arboretum and wildlife park), as well as hikes in Suisse Normande.
Just 15 minutes away, you can visit Caen and its monuments, as well as the Memorial.
Just 30 minutes away, you can enjoy the beach, kite surfing, paddle boarding and other water sports. You can also visit the memorial sites and the D-Day landing beaches.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot. Only a light vehicle or small van (max. 3 m3) may enter and park in the courtyard and close to the accommodation. All other vehicles must be parked in the town hall parking lot, 2 minutes' walk away.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Caen station 16 km away.
