Rosegate Cottage, Elterwater

Rosegate Cottage is a fantastic apartment style holiday cottage in the village of Elterwater. The elevated position ensures superb views across the meadows and village. On entering the hallway accommodation comprises of a spacious beautifully presented double bedroom with en-suite wc/shower room, tastefully furnished open plan lounge/well equipped kitchen/& dining area with french doors opening out onto the patio area. Outside guests can enjoy use of the garden with lovely views.

There is private parking available outside the property, for 1 car.

I won't be available in person, but feel free to contact me with any questions. The Wheelwrights office is located directly opposite the cottage.

Elterwater is one of the prettiest villages in the Lake District and the location of Rosegate Cottage puts you right in the heart of the village. The famous Britannia Inn is juts a short stroll away from the front door. Take the lovely walk along the River Rothay down to Skelwith Bridge, taking in breathtaking views of The Pikes, and end up at Chesters by The River for some yummy large cakes and great foodBus stop is right in the heart of the village, you can travel !

Beautiful small cottage in the very pretty, quiet village of Elter Water. Great hikes from the front door, easy access to Ambleside via bus or car, Britannia pub across the road.
