Guests have access to the entire house as well as the private flowered courtyard. The house is fully yours during your stay; no shared areas. We can also provide a secured private parking space located 350 m from the house ( 25/night), upon reservation and subject to availability.

We offer a cleaning and linen change service during your stay ( 90). Please let us know if you would like to arrange this. A VAT invoice is available upon request for business travelers. Our property provides a professional environment tailored to your work trips.

Parties and hosting guests not permitted in the reservation are strictly prohibited. Thank you for respecting the neighborhood and the house.
