The house comprises on the ground floor: an entrance hall, a kitchen with a dining room, two living rooms with natural light, a double bedroom (1 king-size bed) with a bathroom/toilet (bathtub and shower), a laundry room, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you'll find three double bedrooms (three king-size beds) with their own toilet and shower room, two further double bedrooms (two king-size beds), a shower room and toilet, and a mezzanine. All double beds can be converted into single beds. Outside, you will enjoy the swimming pool heated to 28°C (12 x 4.5m and 1m35 deep) open from April to the end of September secured by a submerged cover, a large garden of 78 ares with wooded area, and parking spaces in front of the cottage. Ambon is a concentrate of Brittany in its purest form: coastline with white sand beaches and rocky coasts perfect for fishing! This magnificent 300 m² farmhouse with its enormous swimming pool (12 meters long) and its garden can accommodate 12 people, without exceeding capacity.
