My room was next to what probably was the compressor for the HVAC system, kept turning on every few minutes 24/7, very loud inside my room, also caused so much vibration things inside the room rattled every time it came on

We stayed here before on the higher floor and it was so wonderful and that’s why I decided to book it again. But this time we got our rooms on the first floor. This floor hallway is filthy and they need to replace the carpet!! It smells awfully!!

The staff was very kind. The hotel was very easy to get to . The breakfast was great in the morning. The only complaint I had would be the Plugins between the beds for your charging would not hold the charger. They were loose The alarm clock was also very crazy it was not working properly.

The male at the front desk when we checked in was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. Hotel staff was professional and friendly and hotel seemed generally clean. That said, our room had a significant stain in the middle of room carpeting, toilet paper holder was barely hanging on the wall, and bathroom door hardware was coming apart. For a $300/night hotel, we expected more. That room (323) should have never been rented out. Clearly there is a QC problem that needs to be dealt with.
