My family stayed here over a very hot weekend in July and really enjoyed ourselves. Lots of room and very clean. The kids particularly enjoyed the cement pad with bb hoop and room to play. The host was able to replace a faulty smoke detector after repeated messages, but before bedtime. We really enjoyed the space.

This home was the right size for our three generations of family. The kids enjoyed sitting on the bar stools in the kitchen while the adults ate at the large dining room table. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and listening to the waterfall.

Great space for a big family

We came to aim for Iowa State‘s spring graduation. Our group of 10 ranged from 21 to 78 years old. We had plenty of space and a great kitchen that made it easy to prepare a graduation brunch for close to 20 people. Jill was very easy to work with, and the backyard is fantastic.
