You can check in via our smart locking system at your own leisure. Before you arrive, we will send you your own unique code for the smart lock that will be valid for the duration of your stay. This means you have the freedom to check in any time you like without having to request it or change your plans. When you want to check out, just send us a quick message and the code will no longer be in use.

There are four bins in Millbank due to new laws announced on the 6th April 2024, there are signs on the fridge and bins themselves with instructions, if this is not done correctly, charges may be given to guests to correct this, this is obviously something we want to avoid so please follow instructions.
