The hotel is ok for staying one night, the facilities are clean. Something to highlight is the location, the hotel is in the city center near to all important tourist places, restaurants, and shopping.

Toilet was non functional as it was stuck and leaky. Ceiling windows and closet had Fungus . The Ventilator was not working, so basically all the smell from the WC would end up in the room The bathroom floor was covered with Pee remains, easily detected by the smell. Furniture was stained We asked for them to change our room to the one booked on your website, they said that they were all booked and that Expedia had overbooked. We asked if they can surcharge but upgrade us but they refused, stating that the better rooms are already booked. This hotel is a disgrace for it to be on your website. The minimum level of human decency is not met. You would not want your god or cat to live in such conditions.

Very nice and hospitable

Nice place, basic, but everything we needed was there. The owners are lovely and friendly, we had some tea, a chat and a game of cards with them, we was made to feel very welcome and loved our stay there, just wish we had a longer visit. Thank you

The hotel is situated at the heart of Madaba, with a short walking distance to all the tourist attraction. The manager was very welcoming even at 1am and the room was clean. Highly recommend

Not hot water! Terrible wifi Offered a ride and back ro the dead sea for 20 but we would only be able to stay for 1 hour. -_- We found something else and we stayed at the dead sea for 4 hours ! Pros They served us hot tea or coffee for free Free breakfast Clean bathrooms Comfy beds

The bed and blankets were so dirty I didn't even use it. The room was so cold I slept with my jacket on. Starting 5am the mosque continuously blasts prayers on the speakers, no way you can sleep after 5am.
