It is located in the opposite side of the Katapola dock – Xilokeratidi area, few meters from the seaside. It is in private -owned land in the quite Xilokeratidi area.
The apartment is 103 m², height ceiling, stone wall creating a comfortable atmosphere and temperature. It has 3 bedrooms with windows looking at the sea, one living room, an average size kitchen, a bathroom and a beautiful spacious veranda with panoramic view of Katapola bay, Rachidi and Mondoulia hill (ancient city of Minoa). Katapola is the main port for the island due to its sheltered location. It has many shops and tavernas which is within walking distance. Katapola is also a very popular place for visiting yachts. In a walking distance can reach nice places to swim. bus stop, taxis ,shopping, and etc.
