Hotel nice and clean and comfortable. Service on reception, very mixed. Sometimes good and others poor. Restaurant food and choices very good. Waiting staff in the Restaurant, totally clueless. Bringing food to your table regularly which you haven't ordered, someone else has ordered it. Having to regularly ask for certain things, like water. They go away and then they disappear, only for you to ask another member of staff. Mum changing her child's nappy in the reception area on the sofa. When I informed reception, five members of staff heard me, the message was passed down three times and not once did they go over to speak to the lady. Very good at apologising.

Everything about this hotel was firdt class. Special mention for the resturant with excellent food and a great buffet breakfast. Beds were comfortable and plenty of hot water. Excellent service and attentive staff. Whats not to like. Deffinately better than its current rating. Recommend you stay here. Its a bit expensive but worth it.

The Fairfield Marriot is managed with absolute perfection in mind. Everyone employed at this hotel is pleasant, polite, kind, friendly and supportive. The dining options were top class. The breakfast buffet and evening buffet were absolutely superb. I cannot fault this hotel as a great place to stay whilst visiting Amritsar. Thank you kindly for a memorable stay!
