The location of this flat is fantastic - close to sights, restaurants, etc. in all directions but tucked away in a charming neighborhood. Other positives: very comfortable living room, plenty of hot water, and good pressure. We didn't use the kitchen but it looked nice.Our issues were around nighttime noise (which we were told it wouldn't have), weak AC, cleanliness and limited wi-fi.It is ground-level and next to an outdoor bistro. Two bedrooms face that street and were awfully noisy from diners and people walking down the street. Not obnoxious, bar noise, but constant and close which made it very hard to sleep. The 3rd BR is more like a basement cave - no street noise but typical apartment building noise - water in pipes, flushing, and people coming in and out. Because the host had set our expectations for quiet nights, we were frustrated.The common area and bathroom were very clean but the laundry was filthy. We were asked to strip the beds which I started to do but was repulsed by all the stains on the mattresses so stopped. The AC wasn't too effective and the wi-fi was hit or miss in the LR but didn't work 90% of the time in the 3rd bedroom. The toilet seat cover was cracked and eventually broke but that seemed more like normal wear and tear unlike the other issues.For 700/night for a week-long stay, we were disappointed and tired.
