It was +32°C when we arrived in Amsterdam. We checked in, and everything was great until we walked into our room. The room temperature was +28°C because the air conditioning in the two rooms I rented wasn’t working. I reported it to the front desk, but they were unable to fix the issue because the maintenance person had left at 1 PM. They also couldn’t change our rooms because the hotel was full. They provided me with a fan, which did not help the situation since it was extremely hot inside. We couldn’t get a good rest or sleep because of this issue, and there was no manager on duty to address the situation. Not to mention, one of the things I requested before completing the booking was air conditioning. This was a very bad experience for me and my family.

Absolutely the worst hotel I’ve stayed in and I’ve traveled with the military for years. Air conditioning didn’t work in our suite so they said we could check out another room. It wasn’t big enough for 4 people so they gave us the connecting room. The connecting rooms air also didn’t work. We paid for breakfast but couldn’t eat it as you had to wave a farms worth of flies off of anything to see what it was. Door handles were broken on the stairs. Front desk acted like you were bothering them during church service if you walked up to the desk. In a nutshell, worst stay of my life.

Excellent service by 2 Receptionist on arrival. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Unfortunately AC was not working and was very hot. Asked at front desk and Manager told me “we know it’s not working”. Was given a portable fan.

The hotel was amazing overall – comfortable stay, and great ambiance. However, it felt like they were trying to save on everything. There were no typical bathroom essentials like a disposable shower cap or any vanity kit with cotton pads or buds. Even the second set of towels was hidden in the wardrobe. There were signs everywhere about saving the environment, using different toilet paper, and conserving water, which is a nice touch – but for the price and standard, the room could have been equipped a bit better.

You get what you pay for. Run down and the water in the shower would alter between hot and cold. Skirting board in bathroom not properly fitted leaving waste pipes exposed. Bed was comfortable and receptionist very friendly and helpful. Nice touch with Nespresso in the room.

The front desk staff was great. They offered our room early to accommodate our arrival. They have no formal restaurant but offer pizza until 22:00. They offer beer, wine m, water, etc. which you can enjoy at tables provided in the lobby. Beds were comfortable and shower was terrific. Perfect for a layover. The inexpensive buffet breakfast is a great deal and was surprisingly fresh and delicious. The hotel shuttle was great and cheap when we headed back to the airport. We couldn’t find the shuttle at the airport after waiting an hour because it was unclear that the hotel shares a shuttle with the nearby Radisson hotel. We took a taxi for 35€ the short distance.

Hotel claims they offer shuttle bus from the airport but when I called them ( 8.25 pm on a week day) was told the driver in on one hour break ! They could not produce invoice for my stay upon check in , was supposed to be ready in the morning when I was to check out - it was not . Shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport ( 6 am First one going to the airport was late :(

The hotel was very nice for what it was there for.. a quick night sleep before catching a plane the next day. Given it's location far from any restaurants or bars, it had a basic offering of pizzas and drinks. The staff was very nice and helpful and I would stay here again.

Nice, clean hotel in the convenient proximity to the Schiphol airport. Free parking is a great advantage. Breakfast is very decent - thanks to the team of ladies preparing and serving food. Friendly staff at the reception.

We booked online with Expedia and was easy. Hotel was near the airport, but it was so quiet we didn't even hear anything from the neighbors or parking lot. We didn't like where it was located in the center on industrial complex on one side and houses and water on the other. Was a 20 min walk to the small town for dinner.
