The facility was excellent and the on site service very good. However, our travel was delayed and the hotel refused to refund for a cancelled night (the first of two) even when we notified them more than 48 hours in advance. We would caution against booking with this hotel if there if you are flying and there is any chance of delay or flight cancellation.

If your just laying over between flights this is a great place, if you want to go into Amsterdam it's not convenient

Above but not beyond

The hotel and staff were wonderful. The pool, sauna, and gym were available to help pass the time away while guests waited for the 3:00 room check in. Their Starbucks was adjacent to a bar and bistro, where friendly waiters delivered your coffee drinks and checked on n you afterwards. The only annoyance I experienced was that I could hear the Saturday night DJ music pounding from the floor above until after midnight. I could not sleep through it. With a little heads up, I could have waited to remove my makeup and bed down. It would have been more fun participating than hearing the repetition of bass. I did sleep well after it ended. My room was very comfortable.

Rooms and property are great. The shuttle service from/to Schiphol was excellent. Check-in process for our party of 3, on night of 15 Sept was an absolute disaster. It took us 40 minutes to check into our room. Most of it was waiting in line to speak with the receptionist. Seems like the staff were either not able to use their computer system, OR the people ahead of us had issues with their reservations, the receptionist that eventually helped us did not say….and did not apologize for the agonizingly long wait.
