Housekeeping Manger was very rude. We went to our room after breakfast and a housekeeping lady was cleaning our room, her manager came and told us to leave the room and we should not be here while they are cleaning, we asked where we should go instead he replied I dont know, outside - he was extremely ruse saying this.

I checked with my housekeeping colleagues and in their experience, the situation was very different. For the safety of both staff and guests, guests are always asked to leave the room during cleaning. If the cleaning is not convenient for you, it is always possible for our housekeeping to come back later that day. My colleagues also indicate that they brought several more additional requests to the room because you asked for them and that you were satisfied and happy with it.
