Geinig is a wonderfully spacious apartment of approximately 100 m2 spread over 2 floors with its own entrance, located in the idyllic Dutch countryside on the dike of the small river Gein in Abcoude. Despite the quiet rural location, the city center of Amsterdam is surprisingly close by metro, as well as the entertainment centers in Amsterdam Bijlmer; Ziggo Dome, Arena, Gaasperplas, AFAS Live, and the business centers such as Zuidas and the Amsterdam Business Center in Amsterdam Southeast. Guests of Geinig can fully enjoy vibrant Amsterdam or focus on their business appointments, and afterwards retreat in complete tranquility to the very comfortable apartment with a very high level of amenities. You will find a uniquely spacious bathroom of about 30 m2. In addition to a generous walk-in shower with 7 shower heads, you have at your disposal no less than 2 baths: a 2-person bath and a 4-person jacuzzi. The toilet and bidet are separate from the bathroom. In the approximately 60 m2 living area.

On the first floor, you have access to a king-size electrically adjustable box spring of 180x200 cm. On the second floor, which is accessible via a loft ladder, you have access to a double bed of 160x200 cm. The apartment is not suitable for wheelchair users, and the second sleeping floor is also less suitable for people with physical limitations.

In the apartment, you will not get bored. Play a game of pool on a real competition table, enjoy the large 55-inch flatscreen smart TV, or take in the view of the setting sun from the spacious terrace of approximately 8 m², which you can access through the glass sliding door. In addition, the living room has a large dining table with very comfortable chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with: (N)espresso machine, kettle, dishwasher, oven/microwave, toaster, induction cooktop, and minibar/fridge.
The second bedroom on the second floor is optional and only available for an additional fee when booking for 2 people who want to sleep separately, or when booking for 3 or 4 people.

If you are traveling with a baby or small child, please let us know, and we will ensure that the crib or toddler bed is ready when you check in. Your valuable belongings can be safely stored in a safe, to which only you have both keys during your stay. 1 of them you take with you and the other you store in a key safe whose combination only you know.
During the stay, only registered guests are allowed in the apartment. Receiving visitors is not permitted. There is a free parking space for 1 car available on the property of the Apartment. Geinig is located on the edge of Amsterdam in a breathtaking beautiful, UNESCO-protected area. From the apartment, you are 3 km away from the cozy village of Abcoude with many nice restaurants, supermarkets, and a train station. The closest neighborhoods of Amsterdam with supermarkets and a metro station are approximately 1-2 km walking/cycling distance.
Within 3 km walking/cycling distance, there are beautiful recreational lakes and beaches, including the Gaasperplas, Abcoudermeer, and the Hogedijk. The North Sea beach (e.g., Noordwijk) is about a 45-minute drive away.
