Staff are very nice and welcoming and catered to your needs. We stayed in the room on the first floor and had access to the outside if needed. There was a cute Christmas tree decorated outside so felt like we had our own Christmas 🎄. The lobby felt very homey and warm like you're in you're living room. We stayed for one night and wanted to stay longer. Comfortable room situation for a few days. I enjoyed the hand written note on my bed. These touches made the experience. Thank you Omega. Would definitely stay with you again if I come back to Amsterdam! There is also a wonderful restaurant down the street that has delicious food and great service.

The two staff members I encountered were both very friendly and very helpful. I thoroughly recommend this hotel, which is in a lovely section of Amsterdam that is quiet and not touristy at all. The hotel has a cosy, welcoming feel (you even get a personal hand-written note in the room).

We had such a wonderful stay at the Omega Hotel. Leayaa and Sherry at breakfast were absolutely incredible — so kind, attentive, and they went above and beyond to help us during our checkout time. Their warmth really made our experience special. We also, unfortunately, forgot the name of the lovely lady who checked us in, but she was truly fantastic as well — welcoming, professional, and made the arrival process smooth and pleasant. Overall, check-in was perfect, the service was excellent, and we loved our stay. We can’t recommend this hotel enough!

Very nice boutique hotel in a quiet residential area. Only proviso is that you should use public transportation to get into downtown Amsterdam to save 40 minute walk. Tram is easy, inexpensive and is card only. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

First room was extremely hot on arrival (at least 33 degrees C. It was also dated and malodorous. Then ac unit in wall leaked water on us overnight keeping us from getting needed sleep. Switched rooms. Second room was better and comfortable. Check-in was a bit clunky. Great neighborhood. Nice outdoor courtyard. Convenient to museums.
