Welcome to our stunning city centre apartment in downtown Amsterdam! Located in the heart of the city, you'll have everything you need right at your doorstep.
With a spacious 65 net square meters + 7 sqm patio terrace of living space, our apartment offers modern and comfortable accommodation.
The large windows, spanning 6 meters, flood the space with natural light. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, we also offer 2 work spaces for your convenience.

Modern apartment complex in a quiet side street of main shopoing street.
Security cameras inside entry area of the building and security locks. Common basement where the bycles can be stored and patio terrace where 4 apartments have partial own terrace space, including our apartment.
Ground floor:
Cozy living room with piano and digital work space, dinner table for 4 persons and a modern fully-equipped open kitchen. The toilet and wardrobe are located in the entry hall, separated from the living room. Natural daylight due to vide and 6m high windows.
Direct access to your own 7 sqm patio terrace on the apartment complex inner shared terrace. Very quiet, only seldomely co-imhabitants of the building pass by to enter the bycycle basement that way in the communal corridor.
First floor:
Open bedroom on a vide with big modern closet, bathroom with bath/shower combination, washing machine & dryer combination. 1 additional room that can be used as a dedicated remote working place. 1 room closed where we store some of our personal belonging.
Other:
Rent includes unbreakable Workcycle family bike with tray at front and a Amsterdam style normal bike. Experience Amsterdam the Dutch way!
Guest access
The cleaning staff that will also clean the apartment every week will do the key handover and show you around. You can then also make arrangements which times for cleaning are convenient for you.
