The Room was clean and had everything that was required for our stay ,It was also close to the Metro station Nord and two stops to Amsterdam Central station. Only note that charge charge a tax on top of your payment when you book through Exedia of around 25 Euro per day so be ready to pay that.

The location was excellent, just a one minute walk from Noord Station, with easy access to both metro and bus services. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were courteous and welcoming, and the breakfast offered was of very good quality. However, as we stayed for six nights, the same food items were offered every morning. While the quality was good, a greater variety of breakfast options would have been appreciated. Last but not least, we were charged a €10 per night service fee (not city tax), which was not disclosed to us by Orbitz at the time of booking. When we contacted Orbitz, we were informed that this charge was determined by the hotel. Upon speaking with the front desk, we were told that although we are Accor members, the fee applied because the reservation was not made directly through the hotel. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, with a few areas where clearer communication and small improvements could enhance the guest experience.

Perfect location for exploring Amsterdam - 2 stops and ur at central Hotel could do better at providing information for customers about services close by and food options - esp given they only offer a small selection of pizza at bar for dinner . Shopping centre close by but no advice about this

3 day trip with family

Nice hotel and great rooms for family of 4 (we had a room with a separate area for the kids with 2 single beds). Beds and bathrooms all very clean, not so sure the floor had been vacuumed well though as some very long hairs found and under beds bits of fluff etc. The hotel was expensive so our expectations were high. Although the room had AC, there wasn't a separate AC unit in the kids area so the room was too hot overall. Even with AC set to 19 degrees, it remained at 22/23 which was too hot for us to sleep well. Additions such as a few daily biscuits (to have with tea/coffee) and some additional basic toiletries (cotton buds, body cream etc) would have been a nice touch too. Staff all very friendly and helpful so can't fault them at all and hotel furniture all new and modern so overall a very pleasant place to stay. We had breakfast on one day which was extremely expensive. There was quite a lot available but in my opinion no way near worth the cost. A lot of the food uncovered such as smoked salmon, ham etc - didnt try this as not very appealing with people coughing walking around etc. Fresh fruit selection seemed only to be melon - again served in communal big bowls. Would have liked individual yoghurt pots and individual pots of jam etc. It was all very messy and by the time we got to breakfast (around 10am) a lot of things had started to run out - only the dregs left in a communal sticky jug of maple syrup. Overall would not recommend breakfast here.

Good stay! Nice room with big space, comfortable bed, nice shower. We stayed for 4 days and they cleaned the room every day! Close to metro and there are few restaurants next to it with lots of options. And also close to shopping centre. We had a great time there!

Great hotel, really clean and spacious, easy to get to Amsterdam with the metro a 2 min walk away, staff were friendly and the whole room was very good. Only problem I had was lack of good dining options in the hotel (nearby was fine) and the car park was not easy to access, but they were small issues.

From beginning to end of my trip, the staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was a full spread and highly enjoyable. Upgrade was lovely. Location at the Amsterdam Noord station was great but hotel needed some more signage as we went the wrong way out of the station! It was fine as there was a food shop at the station so we asked directions and it was a 2min walk. Staff were lovely. Food court next door was great. Convenience store across the road had snacks and drinks. Centraal Station 3 stops away. Metro very easy to use. Got an I Amsterdam card to use in museums/galleries and transport. Great trip.

Good location

Some of the reception staff were very helpful others not so, our room was not cleaned on the Sunday but I didn’t complain as we were going home on the Monday. The location is excellent with the metro just a few metres away breakfast was good but a bit disappointed that there was no evening meal offered, however there are restaurants nearby.
