The bright and sunny canal side apartment consists of a spacious living room, a bedroom with a luxurious king-size bed, a bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art DeLonghi whole bean coffee machine. The sofa couch in the living room can be easily converted into a large second bed for two adults.
The apartment is nicely furnished and includes a Smart TV, with a full range of channels, wireless Sennheiser headphones, high-speed WiFi and a Sonos One speaker.
The Western Isles neighborhood is like a village on the edge of the historical city center. Four hundred years ago it was the first expansion of Amsterdam. It is a quiet neighborhood made up of canals and converted warehouses. As Lonely Planet puts it: "The artistic and creative soul of the city hidden in the charming Western Isles. This small archipelago is bathed in wonderful tranquility, but is awakened from its slumber by bobbing houseboats and bicycles rattling over the wooden bridges. The Haarlemmerplein with a supermarket and organic market on Wednesdays is only 150 meters away. The famous shopping street Haarlemmerdijk is a 200 meter walk, the lively Jordaan with its bars and restaurants 500 meters, Central Station is a 15 minute walk or a short bus ride. The Anne Frank House is 1.5 km away and Dam Square is 2 km away.
