Welcome aboard the Surla Houseboat 15 Levante, where high-end luxury and the tranquility of the water come together perfectly. Measuring 15 by 6 meters, this beautiful floating villa offers no less than 84 m² of premium living space – and that's not even including the spacious outdoor terraces!

View: The open living room and kitchen (25 m²) have 3 large glass sliding doors. This means you can always enjoy views over the harbor and wonderful natural light.

Ultimate comfort: Relax on the comfortable sofa, dine cozily at the dining table, or watch your favorite series on TV.

Front terrace: Step through the sliding doors directly onto the front deck, complete with outdoor chairs for your first cup of coffee in the morning sun.

The houseboat comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, spread across 3 beautifully designed bedrooms:

Bedrooms 1 & 2: Two master bedrooms with premium hotel beds (1.80m x 2.00m), specially designed for Surla Houseboats for a royal night's sleep.

Bedroom 3: A nice room equipped with a comfortable bunk bed (0.90m x 2.00m).

Bathroom: A sleek, modern bathroom with a comfortable shower, sink and an environmentally friendly dry toilet. A dry toilet is a Scandinavian toilet system without water and without a sewer connection. It is very hygienic when there is no possibility or permission to discharge into surface water.

Outdoor paradise on the water
Spacious roof terrace: Take the outside stairs up to your own private oasis on the roof. Equipped with a luxurious lounge set, this is the ultimate place to enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets.

Hot outdoor shower: Last but not least, the rear terrace has a hot outdoor shower. You can swim in the Nieuwe Meer. It is best to walk to the end of the jetty. There is wonderful swimming water there, near restaurant Het Bosch.

Guest access
Guests are welcomed on the day of arrival via Airbnb, with information about the route, arrival, parking in the parking lot, and access to the houseboat itself.

Parking at the harbor is free for one car, and it costs 8 euros per hour on the street, so that's a significant savings.

Other things to note
Guests can communicate online 24 hours a day via Airbnb or via our host. We do not offer physical check-in, but self check-in using the information provided on the day of arrival.

What can you expect on board? Made beds. For all registered guests, there is a small and a large towel, kitchen towels, and a basic starter set of toilet paper. Nespresso cups and tea are provided. We do advise you to stop by the supermarket for an initial supply of groceries.

It is important to note that we do not allow parties in the harbor. Between 11 PM and 8 AM, quiet is required in the harbor. We call guests under the age of 21 in advance to discuss their intentions, so that together we can ensure a clean and orderly situation. In the event of drug use and alcohol abuse, guests will be immediately removed and asked to leave the harbor, for the sake of safety on the water.
