Wake up right on the water in this charming houseboat studio on Amsterdam’s beautiful Jaagpad. A houseboat with a wonderful waterside view, step outside onto your private terrace and enjoy your morning coffee while watching the water.

The peaceful surroundings make you feel far away from the busy city, while everything Amsterdam has to offer is still within easy reach.



The Space:

The bright and comfortable studio has a high-quality box-spring bed, private bathroom with rain shower and a small kitchenette with fridge, Nespresso machine, microwave and kettle.



There is fast free Wi-Fi, a flatscreen TV and central heating for a comfortable stay throughout the year.



The absolute highlight is the private terrace directly on the water. Have breakfast outside, enjoy a glass of wine in the evening or simply relax and take in the beautiful view. In summer, you can even take a refreshing swim.



Guest Access:

I will check you in personally.

You have your own private studio and waterside terrace. Whenever possible, you will be welcomed personally. Optional -Self check-in with a key safe is also available.



Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM.



The Neighborhood:

The houseboat is located in Amsterdam South, a green, safe and peaceful part of the city. The Jaagpad itself is especially beautiful: a quiet waterside path that feels almost like a hidden corner of Amsterdam.



Nearby you will find plenty of cafés, restaurants and local spots around the Amstelveenseweg, Stadionplein and Vondelpark. For brunch and coffee, the Vondelpark area is a lovely place to start your day. From there, you can easily continue towards Museumplein and the historic centre.



It is the perfect combination: peace and nature at home, with the energy of Amsterdam just a short bike ride or Uber away.



Getting Around:

The apartment goes with two bikes for free.

There is a tram 15 minutes walking its a pleasant walk along the canal it is nicee to see the different houseboats along the way. the tram takes you to the museums and the center of Amsterdam. It is a 15 minute bicycle ride to the centre.



Bicycles are available for you during your stay.



Other Things to Note:

We have a brandnew terras on the water! you can have breakfast or a glass of wine right on the water with splendid views! In the summer take a swim in the river!



Interaction with Guests:

The owner of the houseboat is born and raised in Amsterdam and very well-known with all assets of the city. As a visitor of the many cultural happenings in Amsterdam she can well inform you of all the must do’s. Think about cultural; Concerts, Expositions, the best neighborhoods but also shopping, like flea markets and the right place to be for your new outfit. The owner will welcome you herself and is available on a daily base to assist you in your stay in the city.

This houseboat offers its guests a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
