Yo me quise ir nada más 1 noche y me dijo un empleado que no podía canselar porque ya avían reservado para mí y no me dieron toallas limpias nunca se acabó el papel de baño pedí y no pusieron y empleado que me atendió cuando me registre y hombre muy grosero y me quería pedir oyó de pósito y ya me avían quitado una semana antes de mi llegada 107 diles y el hombre me dijo que eran 107 dólares

First time visiting your property- Parking was a good and N/C. Jacuzzi was Ok- a little bit cooler than we would like. The staff was outstanding and my wife and I enjoyed the stay and will come again- Overall the walls were a little thin so you can hear neighbors some. That said a little bit of noise by traffic was there but not bad overall. Close by theme parks and convention center area. If you like to walk a little it’s again a smaller motel- Priced fairly 👍💰🤔

I took a bit to check in because nobody was at the desk. We sat there for probably about 10 minutes. I went outside and rang the bell pouring rain and nobody was coming to help. Finally, a gentleman came and we were able to get checked in. It was very noisy. The walls are paper, thin. The beds are hard as rocks. The refrigerator was amazing. Checkout was very smooth when we left and somebody was actually manning the desk which was nice and refreshing. However, checkout is at 11 AM. Housekeeping was knocking on my door at 9 AM and every 5 to 8 minutes thereafter until we checked out and she claimed it was her low blood sugar, and she didn’t know what she was doing. Not acceptable.

We chose to stay at this hotel for the rate and location. From the online pictures it looked like a nice place to stay, but we were wrong. Very old hotel with not up to date fixtures. Staff didn't offer any shampoo, conditioner, lotion ect.. not even a floor mat for the shower.( we all slipped during our showers.) When we needed to call, we discovered there wasn't even a phone in the room. We left to visit Disneyland and was gone from 7am-11pm. The house cleaning left our room window wide open after they came to turn down the room. Over all very disappointing
