What I liked is the fast and easy checking in/out process, location is a quick walk from/to Disneyland. As far as the property itself, i have to say it’s very outdated and old, room didn’t have a bad smell so that was a good thing, there were paint stains on the floor, walls were dirty, mold in the bathroom, the bathroom really needs attention, it looks like it hasn't have any maintenance in years, there were holes in the wall filled with toilet paper

Not the best.

We found the room to be dirty and cramped. There was no extra lock on the door to secure from the inside. On a positive note, the beds were clean and comfortable. In general, we would not stay here nor recommend it to our friends. Pay a little more for a clean and safe room.
Maintenance required.

The staff was so sweet but the condition of our room was very old and did not feel clean. There was hair on every single towel we were given and black mold literally growing on the ceiling and walls due to poor ventilation in the bathroom. Also the LOUDEST motel I have ever stayed in! Do not stay on the first floor. It sounds like someone is bowling above you.

Black mold

Been staying here for years. A place to crash while at Disney. Property has been declining every time we stay. Black mold was growing behind the headboard in room 218. Rooms are very run down but I don’t expect much as we just need a place to sleep. Mold and cleanliness where my major complaints. Location is awesome and beds are comfy. Parking can be a little crazy but doable.

This was the third time we have stayed there in six months. This time we brought the kids and grand kids. Everyone had a great time. The management is super friendly and accomodating.

The hotel is doing renovations. They gave us the wrong room to start with. But were quick to fix it. They charged $25.00 to park our second car. We had a suite because we had all of the family. The hotel is okay for a place to sleep and shower. There is some food within walking distance. Just don't expect anything fancy.

Mold on walls, hasn't been updated, ever? The mold was so bad the terrible wallpaper was peeling off. Good thing we spend 98% of our trip in the park. Pay the extra, stay elsewhere.
