Staff was super nice and helpful. A little traffic noise and beds are not the best but Amazing view of the fireworks. Hot tub was clean and hot.

Place is a bit shabby, but I was impressed with the effort of cleanliness. Wouldn’t expect that amount of overall cleanliness from such a ghetto ish hotel. We liked it. Good location to Disney, microwave worked, fridge and freezer worked, came through in a pinch (6 days notice) but wouldn’t choose to stay there again for the price- $200 a night.

Small property was clean, easy check in older property. Pillows flat, parking fees were not disclosed at time of reservation but was a safe place to sleep after traveling all day.

Not worth it. Choose another place to stay

The place was not so clean (mold in some corners) we were also woken Up at 1am from upstairs neighbors walking and then a loud noise heard when they used their sink and shower. Parking was $11 which was not mentioned and disappointing since i booked a room, why would i need to pay to park there?

The front desk staff was either messing with me or trying to swindle me out of the room i paid for. I double checked at check in that i got the room with 3 beds and he said no it says 2 beds. I had to prove (which i couldnt) exactly where it says "3 beds" on my reservation. All it said was suite. So after almost 15 minutes and basically begging for the room i paid for i finally asked what the difference was between the suite and the 3 beds. And thats where he said something along the lines of he doesnt want to comment because... trouble or something. Then he finally "upgraded us at no charge, for the upgrade" i actually took pictures and video of the room as we left because i have ZERO trust for this dude or this establishment. On top of that the beds were incrediblely squeaky. Turning over would wake us because it was so loud. And the pillows were bricks. Definitely not worth being so close to disney.
