Unreal, gross misleading reviews

Customer service was good. Check in was a breeze. My wife and I would much rather save money on a stay since it’s usually just a “bed” to go lay down. I took the kids to the pool and it was gross. It was very dirty! Pools should not look like that. the room was humid, kids took socks off & immediately noticed their feet were pitch black. Absolutely disgusting. We gave them a bath and the bath had chips on it and the drain also had chips on it. There is no way that is sanitary. Then I looked up and there was visible MOLD!!! Looks like they tried to paint over it but you can’t paint over mold. Whatever, we slept but you could hear every step in the room above us. I needed coffee bad in the morning! I tried to make coffee in the room but the coffee machine was missing a piece. I finally had enough so I brought these issues up to the person at front desk. Super nice guy & he asked me for pictures but all he said “ it won’t be coming out of your security deposit.” I asked if there was coffee in lobby & he said there were energy drinks for sale. Again, nice young guy and I’m sure he’s not the person I needed to talk to but my goodness. Whoever made reviews of this hotel & gave them good reviews is out of their mind…. Unless I happened to just get the worst room in the complex. I would have thought they would have offered a refund, discount or move us to a better room but I was disappointed. I have stayed at plenty of cheap hotels but this takes the cake. U get what u pay for. unrea

I walked into my room only to find a hole in the wall and a hole in the ceiling with wires exposed. I was very uncomfortable with the situation and as I was staying alone I felt very unsafe. I left immediately and did not stay.

When we first arrived the tv did not work and we tried calling the office through our phone but it didn’t work as well. We then complained that there was a water leak from the fridge and a person came and checked out our room and said to apply towels to the floor for the leak. The tv he couldn’t fixed because he said there is a guy that comes the next day, the problem just ended up being the tv was on the wrong source setting. The water from the shower would come out hot then change to ice cold and had to get out for it to go back to hot.

Great place to stay. Free parking and walkable distance to Disney. Plenty of places to eat in the area. The Cave is nextdoor as well if you are looking for a good place to grab beers and don’t want the same old chain restaurants.

The property's rooms were clean, although the furnishings and towels appeared dated, with noted issues such as peeling tub surfaces and a broken lamp. Staff were excellent, and the location is secure and convenient to restaurants and the Anaheim Convention Center. Considering the price, a 2.5 to 3-star rating is appropriate.

We were given Room 201 . . . and it was in a word --- SUPERLATIVE!!! The room was gigantic, 2 King beds, an extended sink basin to hold all a female's accoutrements! A terrific shower, plenty of towels! A much needed ironing board and a top-notch iron with a sterling ironing surface! A great armoire with plenty of hangers --- everything was just FABULOUS! That was until we clicked on the TV! The screen itself was huge . . . the BIG problem was that it was a ROKU TV! What it that!? Well we couldn't get any Local channels to tell us about the weather or other activities for the holiday. But this next item was just UNBELIEVABLE! There was NO ESPN nor TNT for the basketball playoffs! So after unpacking everything, and 30 minutes of me trying to get some type of programing (that I didn't have to pay for/or subscribe to), I contacted the front desk and ARKIE said he would come up to fix it. He couldn't --- so he got on the phone and called someone, while still in our room! I just told him to forget it --- and we went out and spent more money at a restaurant to watch the games when we already bought food to heat up in the nice microwave and quaint refrigerator/freezer that came with the fantastic room! After 2 days of NO TV (no wait --- there was a LEAVE IT TO BEAVER channel)! Who knew and more importantly, who wants to watch Leave It To Beaver for 24-hours a day. We asked for another room on our final day! It was a little run down, but we did have cable TV! #thankGod

I would definitely stay here again, it’s perfect for sleeping and showering when you are on a Disney trip. Affordable, close to park and surprisingly clean and lovely.
