Some homeless population in the area, people were fighting in the next room and security didn't do anything. We had to change rooms because it was inappropriate for my kids to listen to. Then we lost something in the old room when we moved and the next day staff wouldn't even assist in trying to find it. Said they would call us back and didn't. Nice place in previous stays but seemed not as good this time. Heard there was a fist fight in the lobby from another guest when they checked in.

Still amazing

As always we love this hotel I think this time was our 5th or 6th time staying here. Only complaint was this time they didn’t show the Disney movies at the pool so the kids was a little bummed. Hopefully they bring that back. Other than that it was amazing.

The staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great and the kids loved the pool and water slides. The only downside is they don’t allow outside food or drink at the pool, which is inconvenient and seems just like a money grab. Note they do not have life guards nor do they provide life preservers. Overall would definitely recommend.

Excellent property to stay at for families with children going to the Disneyland resort. Clean, spacious rooms, friendly and attentive staff, and amenities. Pool area, gym, laundry and quick service food and bar. Continental breakfast options could use work, but overall got our family of five fed.

The hotel is a 5 stars! I was in room 1126 and it had such a great view! I saw Disney land from my room, and the workers looked very happy and positive everyday! I love the positivity in them, and staff members were really nice! I also loved the pool it was really big and chill.The Mickey Waffles were also very delicious! I don’t see anything wrong about it! This was a great hotel for families! They have Pool movie nights, every night. The pools are heated. The breakfast was delicious! And it fed all of six of us. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful!
