The area is a little sketch, but this room was very very nicely renovated, very modern, Beds were super comfortable. Cute old style fridge, Keurig with pods, creamer, sugar and mugs. Shower was very nice! Loved it! We’ll stay again!

The hotel in general was very pretty although it was a bit dirty around the restroom area and a couple other spots, other than that the hotel wasn’t bad.

Very reasonably priced and the staff was responsive to every need. The hotel was located a little far from the Convention Center but there was bus transportation at a very low cost.

The floors where super dirty and the walls had stains , the bathroom had a moldy smell and the shower floor was stained. The bedsheets had stains.

Unfortunately the room smelled horrible , linens were dirty and i did not feel very safe. The gentleman at the desk was very nice and that was the only 3 stars i could give . I had high hopes as reviews were pretty good .

Was not a bad stay but it seems people live in a few of the rooms. That changes the feelings of safety. Customer service was very nice, but no pool. Amenities could be a bit more.

Great location. Good rooms. The rooms is a bit tired. Floor was very dirty, like it never gets washed. My daughters slid on the floor and her pants and socks got literally black. And blinds didn’t have a cord to open them. But they have free water, coffee and snacks. And the bedding is pretty comfy
