I expected Nicer.

The hotel was fine... but I expected nicer. Even though I found the room with the previous tenants' sock, and the couch and chair seemed a little dirty and worn, and found that updates weren't done well-- we found the room quiet, the pool nice and tidy. I was disappointed with the cost of parking per night considering it's still a bit of a walk to the Parks. Honestly when I walk into Hilton properties lately, I find myself wondering how well they are being cleaned, and also wondered if management actually look at the rooms.

A little disappointing

The room was passable for the fact we barely spent any time in it as we were at the parks but it wasn’t the cleanest, the sofa bed was the single most uncomfortable bed I’ve encountered, the rooms could for sure do with an update as it all felt a little old and, despite a full conversation requesting a crib, there was no bed for my child. We arrived very late and not being able to put him down when we got there was really quite a challenge and really disappointing as we’d made sure to confirm this.

Excellent hotel, staff were professional but yet personable. Had the king bed room and it was a really good size. My only issue was when I went to check out at 4 am, there was no staff working the front desk. After waiting around 10-15 minutes I finally placed the room keycard on the keyboard and left.
