My wife and I have been coming here multiple times a year since we got married in 2018. We loved it but it seems like after Covid it went down hill. This last we went they weren’t upfront about extra charges. The room wasn’t clean. There was dirty hand prints on the walls. One of the beds didn’t even have comforter on it just a throw blanket. Overall the rooms and property are very rundown compared to what it was it was like in 2018 and 2019. Sadly we will start taking our business elsewhere moving forward.

Ok stay

Room was clean and comfortable. But we barely got any kind of room service. Garbages never got emptied and always had dirty towels. The shuttle to disneyland sucked and it was not cool that they charged so much for parking. The pool area was nice though, except the pool bar was never open.

Decent Stay

I booked a Pool view for a reason. We get to see the Fireworks. The pool is 24hrs so that's a huge+! My only downside was the housekeeping....but then again my boys crap was all over so that was probably for their safety...lol

Parking lift gate was broken - had to wait for over an hour to get my car - had to stay with my car until gate was fixed along with a few other guests, when asked if we can get some type of discount was told that its a private party who runs the parking & that they have nothing to do with the hotel - irritating to have your children wanting to go play but you have to wait for the lift gate to open. also didn't have clean towels at the pool on several occasions.

Me and my best friend stayed here for my birthday to go to Disney and it was exactly what we needed!! We are teenage girls and we felt really safe walking to and from the parks at night, and the walk wasn’t too bad. The room was spacious and nice, and the staff were all super nice and helpful! The 24hr pool and hot tub was a plus as well!! Super awesome

The door would not shut all the way so light and noise came in all night. The tub was dirty. The lights wouldn’t turn on (maintenance came right up and flipped the breaker or something and then they worked.). The staff was attentive and friendly but the hotel is gross. We also got stuck in the elevator. The door was stuck closed with about 2 inches open. Super scary.

Excellent! We stayed to go to Disney and it was beyond worth it. About a 15 minute walk to the park. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Would absolutely stay again when visiting the area

This was one of the filthiest hotels I have ever stayed and and will NEVER stay here again. Our room was not cleaned before we checked in. The pillows on the beds smelled like cologne and body odor, there was hair from several people all over the shower walls including a pubic hair, and the mattee

The hours of the restaurant and lounge were not conducive to spending time at the hotel. The hours advertised were different than what actually occurred. Very frustrating. Pool area was excellent. We had good service ie towels brought in a timely space; rooms cleaned every other day; front staff accommodating. But on our last night the evening staff was rude, uncommunicative and threatening.
