AC unit outlet was half broken and very loud, no plug for bathtub, the bathtub handle fell off very easily, a lot of channels didnt work on TV. but for the price a decent and average stay, the bunk beds were cool

This hotel is severely run down and poorly maintained. There was a large gap under the front door that allowed bugs to come inside — completely unacceptable from a basic hygiene standpoint. Parking was a daily nightmare. There are not enough spaces for the number of guests staying there. I had to cut my evenings short every single night just to rush back and try to secure a parking spot and despite that, I still could not get parking any night. That alone created constant stress and significantly impacted our trip. The bathroom was poorly designed with virtually zero counter space. There was not even one square inch available to set down basic items like a toothbrush, soap, or makeup. It made simple routines unnecessarily frustrating. The towels were disgusting and felt unclean. Overall cleanliness standards were far below what should be expected. If it weren’t for our Disneyland plans, we would never have stayed here, and we absolutely will not return. The reviews and rating for this hotel are completely misleading and do not reflect the true condition of the property. If you are looking for a hygienic, comfortable, and stress-free stay, do not book this hotel.

Had to wait outside in the very cold until the doorbell was answered after what seemed to be way too long. Staff wasn’t rude but wasn’t too friendly- seemed bothered he had to assist with check in. There were issues with paying, even though there was plenty of funds. I had to withdraw hundreds of dollars at their atm for a fee that they wouldn’t cover, even though it was their system that was malfunctioning. A second staff came to assist, which had much better customer service. The description for rooms was deceiving. I opted for king bed instead king with bunk bed, though the description stated the same for both- my fault for not paying attention. Bed wasn’t easy to access comfortably due to the attached bunk. Room was clean. Parking very limited and cramped- would do well with a small to average sized car. Booked 3 nights and left after two. Checkout was easy.

Room was ok. Bathroom was dated but ok. We stayed in a family room. TV in the second room would only get Nic at night. There was no remote or way to change the channel. When I asked at the front desk they said only one remote per room, however the remote did not work on the 2nd tv. Only 2 key card allowed per room as well. We had 3 Adults so an additional key would have been nice. Floors were filthy socks were black after walking in the room. Not worth the price
