This home is a very modern, spacious, and comfortable single story handicap accessible house that is centrally located and just a short 8 to 10 minute drive to Disneyland and the Anaheim Convention Center. The Outlets at Orange and the Angels stadium are about 20 minutes away. Bus stops are just a 5 minute walk away. Being close to Disney, there are also a plethora of great restaurants within a 5 minute drive.

Our place is situated in a quiet neighborhood that is safe and secure.


There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.


Every mattress is equipped with a waterproof & bed bug proof mattress cover.


The house can easily accommodate 6 people. However, there are 2 additional twin sized memory foam floor mattresses that can be setup for additional sleeping options.


Provided throughout the house are one 50" LED SMART TV in each bedroom and a 55" LED SMART TV in the living room.




Guest Access/Interaction:
You may gain access to the home anytime after check-in with a door code.

The home is setup completely for guest use and everything is accessible to guests with the exception of the locked maid's closet.

We provide self check-in so we will not meet in person unless the need arises.

Other things to note:
I take pride in ensuring that the home is extremely well cleaned between every stay. This is the best location to stay if you are coming to visit Disneyland. There are so many restaurants and shopping within a 5 minute drive. I will go out of my way and beyond to make your stay awesome! I'm always an email/text/phone call away to answer any question big or small.

The house had great amentities. Hot tub was hot and worked well. The kitchen had everything we needed and the appliances were clean and in great working condition. Nice large driveway for parking. The host was very responsive and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The property was not up to our cleanliness standards. The bathroom next to the king size bedroom had brown dirt caked along the baseboards, mold in the grout of the tile, and grime in the sliding door grate. The floors were a bit dusty. The kitchen sink had mold grime in the sink catcher that I washed out. The king bed had no mattress protector on it. Window sills were dusty. The backyard had trash/plastic bags under the large bush and the couch cushions were dusty/stained.

Great spot to gather for theme parks!

Place was clean, cool, and is the perfect size for a small to medium family or group of friends going to Knott's or Disneyland. The 2nd bathroom was much appreciated. Communication was clear and consistent and owner kindly offered a slightly later check out. Had a great stay, would return!

Wonderful Experience

The house is a bit smaller than it appears, however, it was very clean and the owner was kind enough to make sure I was able to rent their home with as much ease as possible.
