This hotel was beautiful and super convenient, if you are staying there for Disney. We parked our car all weekend and just called an Uber to take us back and forth. I think that it would be easy to walk but we were recovering from a foot injury. We had a park view room and it looked just like the photos. The only thing I was disappointed by was that our room wasn’t ready at 3pm for check in and we were seating in the lobby for over an hour waiting. Normally it wouldn’t have been an issue but we left Disneyland to come check in and had two little kids with us that had nothing to do. When asked if we could get a comp of some sort, it was declined. So I would give a point off for the lack of customer experience.

Not what we paid for

We booked a Parkview balcony room for our 53rd wedding anniversary. The picture showed fireworks from the room. What we got, was a few of the rest of the hotel. You had to go out on the balcony and look off to the left to see the park
