Upon arrival, our room was not ready at check-in. The following night, a fire alarm went off around midnight, and we did not receive any communication or apology from the hotel. We were only aware of the situation because a family member called and told us to evacuate. This has been our go-to hotel when visiting Disneyland, but these issues have made us reconsider staying here again.

I was told the room would be ready by 3:00. It wasn’t ready until 6:30. I got no apology. We were sent to the pool. Which made no sense. We found the rooftop dining on our own . Nothing was comped for the inconvenience. I paid a lot of money to stay here . Wouldn’t come again.

The room matched the photos and the beds were comfortable. The valet and bellhops were friendly. Late checkout was offered, though we didn’t use it. Most employees were friendly; however, one front desk staff member was not, despite there being no line or other guests in the lobby when I asked a quick question.

The Westin was amazing, walking distance to downtown Disney and the DL parks. The room was amazing , bed and pillows very comfortable . The staff was amazing and very accommodating The staff very friendly at check in and beyond. It was a perfect time to be here , hotel and surrounding areas all decorated for Christmas, it was beautiful
