2nd-flr studio apartment located in Barrio Playa in Añasco. Steps from Balneario Tres Hermanos Beach, perfect for solo travelers or couples.
The studio apt has a kitchen, living space w/queen size bed, AC, full size bathroom & a balcony. It is located on the 2nd floor which will require guests to walk up a set of stairs.
Live like the locals do! This neighborhood offers an authentic local experience. The area has the charm of island life, which includes the occasional sound of a rooster, dog and/or friendly neighbor.
2nd-floor studio apartment with its own separate entrance. The downstairs home has tenants who use the main gate entrance.
This is a non-smoking/vaping and drug-free property. Cigarettes, Vape, Marijuana, drugs, etc. are not allowed in the property.
The property is equipped with a back-up water cistern and a backup battery to power up only these essential items: cell phone, laptop, wall fan, refrigerator and a lamp. Please note, in the event of a power outage, the backup battery will not power the AC, Wi-Fi, TV, or hot water in the shower.

In case of interruptions, the home is equipped with a backup water cistern and backup battery to power up the essentials mentioned above.
