Downtown Anchorage is just a short stroll from home and bicycles are available for exploring 150+ miles of coastal trails that surround the property.



Enjoy fireside lounging in the living room, equipped with a smart TV and wet bar for happy hour or pre-meal entertainment. The sleek, gourmet kitchen comes fully appointed with chef's grade appliances and beautiful cabinet finishing, along with plenty of prep space and utensils provided to spark dinner party inspiration. There's seating for six at the breakfast bar and the formal dining table can accommodate up to eight. Fire up the deluxe gas grill out on the balcony for sunset meals. THINGS TO KNOW

There is a zero-tolerance policy for extra guests at any time. Violating the maximum occupancy of six people will result in immediate eviction from the premises of all parties. No refunds will be issued.

This villa offers its guests a hot tub, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
