Charming little home near downtown Anchorage

This cozy home is walking distance to a park with a huge playground, dog park and trail system! You will enjoy the convenience of being 8 blocks from downtown with a wilderness feel. Public transportation stops are located close by and a locally owned small grocery store a 20 minutes walk away. Large driveway accommodates 2 vehicles and there is additional free street parking as well. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood and within walking distance of shops, restaurants and a dinner theater. This is a two bedroom and 1 bathroom house, large flat screen and beautifully decorated with an Alaskan theme. There is a Sleep Comfort king bed in one bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom and a sofa sleeper that makes out to a full size bed in the living area. You will enjoy a fully stocked kitchen and a 9’ farmhouse table to gather around for an Alaskan meal!

Perfect location and charming/cozy home!

Raye Ann is the best host! From the beginning, she was so helpful with ?s. Property was so cozy! First time doing a VRBO and it surpassed my expectations. We felt safe and secure and the home had everything we needed. Location was perfectly adjacent to downtown and uptown/freeway. Really appreciate all the little details provided — washer and dryer (supplies provided) were the best! Would most certainly stay here again!

Great place to stay in Anchorage!

The property was ready for use in all ways as soon as we arrived. Very cute and very comfortable! We all slept great! We stayed 3 nights, so we didn’t really cook, but I checked and all the needed pots, pans and the like were there if we needed them. Raye Ann was easy to reach and responded quickly. In fact, because of phone issues, I did all communication with her via email. She responded almost immediately to each message. We are completely satisfied with every aspect of our stay! I highly recommend this property! You will love it too!

Great place
