Nice comfortable bed and room. Clean and quiet. Very powerful water pressure in the shower which was nice. Close to the airport which was helpful. Lots of parking.

No elevator and staff could care less. We finished a 10 day trip here with 3 luggages weighing 50 pounds ( so we overpacked lol). Overall the room was clean and as expected. Service I truly suspect reading others was more related to "we got the bad apple." Truthfully however she was not rude. She never smiled but did her job. Clearly our luggage issue was not her concern. Would I stay again. No I will still further from the airport with better facilities and service. Was it the worse...No. My advice if you choose to stay here think about your luggage.

It was marketed as a charming little coastal hotel and it was anything but. Dark, dingy, no elevator, a million stairs, had to walk a mile to get to the room.

Stay somewhere else.

We booked a suite to get more space. The bathtub was stained and disgusting. The hotel staff knew it. They downgraded us as there was no other room in same category according to them and we would get a 30% discount on the room rate...all lies. Hotel is old. Carpet is dirty and lousy. Better go somewhere else for the price...dont stay here.
