When I stayed there, it was under construction/rehab the main cabin areas they were tearing out the tile floor and doing remailing The room I had had been redone, which was nice To get to the main downtown area was uphill so a bit of a walk There was a nice walking path along the creek The morning breakfast was good scrambled eggs and sausage with yogurt, but not what I was used to as just coming off from a cruise ship with lots of varieties

This hotel is undergoing renovations which makes it hard to rate. It is very close to major railway hub. I was awakened at 5:15 by train horns. There is a homeless camp visible from hotel which looked worse than the actual impact.

This was the worst place that I have ever stayed. The second you opened the door to the room there was such a bad odor. My daughter stepped on a staple that went into her foot. There was no housekeeping service. The breakfast said until 10. If you did not eat before 945 the staff would not bring anymore out for you to eat

The hotel was undergoing renovations. Our room faced the railroad station and there was a road bridge above us to the right. The traffic died down so during the night was not too bad of an issue,but the trains were a rude awakening everytime one came through. The doo lock did not work and the tub faucet was about to fall off. Other than that, the place was clean and the staff were friendly.

Good location near down town and ship creek. Room was clean but hotel is being remodeled. When done will be really fine. J at the front desk was awesome but all other staff were courteous and professional. Breakfast area was very clean. Pet friendly. Perfect for my stay.

The staff were very nice and respectful. However the hotel needs a lot of work. I appreciate that they just had replaced all of the beds so we weren't concerned with bed bugs. The room was clean but the bathroom shower head was filthy. The fan in the bathroom didn't work and made a noise when turned on. There's so much grime in the fan for it to work properly. Same goes with the air conditioning unit, it works howevever the filter was very filthy. The toilet paper holder was coming off of the wall. We stayed for two days however we didn't get any housekeeping service. We at least expected them to replace our towels but we didn't see the housekeeper. The pool smelled like drainage water. It had a sour smell to the whole room. It didn't look clean, there were no towels to dry off. The water was so cold.

I loved the lobby and the room, the staff was very friendly and helpful only thing i didnt like was the view as we were put on the side that faced the street but my daughter loved seeing the train so im not too mad about it

I went in knowing it was under construction and might be a little messy, but it was absolutely filthy. Carpeting looked as though it had never been cleaned, the parking area was very limited and not very safe looking, but the part that really got me was when I went into my room and there was the smell of funk and mold. I was in there for 2 minutes before I was online booking another hotel. Probably the most dissatisfied I have ever been with a hotel. I didn’t even bother to speak with anyone there about it, because there was nothing that they could have done to make it any better
