This is the worst place to stay! They advertise that breakfast is included but it gets over in an hour. We stayed for 2 days and both days that was the case. Basic stuff like milk and bread was over and they refused to refill. The rooms didn’t have bar soap or body wash. I have never seen a hotel in recent times who doesn’t provide basic stuff like this.

Very friendly staff, clean room, no problem with having my service dog. Fast checkin, frendly shuttle driver..close to down town, good eats or river behind the hotel, nice quiet sitting area. Over all good experience. Microwave and fridge in room. For more info: iron, no ironing board so i just used a towel on the floor. No coffee pot in the room but good coffee upfront by check in and ice water.

Nothing fancy, but a decent hotel! The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was decent, there was a microwave and refrigerator, and good Wi-Fi. Also, you are within walking distance to the train station and some restaurants they provide transportation to the train station, which is convenient if you have luggage. They are right next to a river that when in season, has salmon running that you can see from the bridge.I have no complaints and would stay there again.

The bathroom door knob was loose and there was a hole in the back of the door. The bathtub was dated n stained. Not sure about the floor. I was worried about mites. But so far I didn’t have mites so I’m relieved.. thank you

The airport shuttle was quick and pleasant. And check- in was easy. BUT the hotel is right across the street from the train station and the horns whistle every half hour, all night. And, while the food st breakfast was satisfactory, they kept running out of coffee and hot water, and didn’t even have enough plastic spoons.

Front desk ladies were pretty bad in accommodating the request for an additional bed (for a surcharge) eventhough the reservation clearly had it mentioned. Terrible and they do not know the art of customer service.
