Great layover spot before our cruise

They sent the shuttle to pick us up from the airport. Shuttle driver was super friendly and suggested a great restaurant for us to try. He even dropped us off and picked us up later in the evening. The breakfast was also very good and served by very friendly staff.

Flooded Floor, air conditioner issue.

Mother/Daughter bucklist trip started with the floor around the bed by the air conditioner, flooded. Called the desk, the stated the carpet was recently cleaned. The water was so deep it came up through our toes, soaked anything hitting the floor. 2nd We asked that someone come remove the water while we are out. Nothing done. Same excuse. We requested additional towels. Used all towels to soak up water. It was not in our budget to change hotels at this point.

This is supposed to be a non smoking hotel, both rooms offered had been smoked in. I had to leave and book elsewhere. The front desk manager was very apologetic and helpful. She noted that I did not stay which allowed for a refund.

Great place after a long flight.

While the hotel is older, it was clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing starting with the shuttle driver who had to pick us up at 10:00 due to a flight delay. The complimentary breakfast was very good with eggs, sausage, waffles, biscuits, oatmeal, and an assortment of cold cereals and sweet rolls.

Airport shuttle every 15-45mins, very convenient. Breakfast very good. This hotel is very close to seaplane airport so sometimes you hear landing or take off.

Checked in @2am and room door was open and room partially cleaned. Trash in cans and used wash clothes on bathroom floor. Woman at desk was apologetic & had to go up and finish cleaning room herself. Rooms were dated. Close proximity to airport and they offer 24 hours pickup/dropoff.
