Experience a peaceful Alaskan getaway in this handcrafted log home overlooking the stunning Turnagain Arm. With custom woodwork, warm interiors, and unique local artwork, this space offers a truly authentic Alaskan feel. The home sits perfectly between Anchorage and Girdwood—just 25 minutes to each—and about 35 minutes from the airport, making it an ideal base for exploring the area or simply relaxing in nature.
Inside, you’ll find a cozy and inviting space surrounded by the natural beauty of Chugach State Park. Whether you're here to ski, hike, sightsee, or look for the northern lights, the location is perfect for adventure and quiet retreats alike. Its close proximity to Alyeska Resort makes it an excellent choice for winter travelers.
Getting here is easy: take the Seward Highway to Indian Road, turn onto Huot Cir, pass under the Indian Valley Meats sign, and follow the road up to the left. Park in front of the home's driveway, and you’ll receive your check-in code on the day of arrival. We kindly ask that guests respect house rules—no illegal activities, shoes off indoors, wash used dishes, place towels in the hamper, and bring full trash bags to the backyard under the deck. If anything comes up during your stay, just let us know—we’re always happy to help.
