My stay went very well and I will stay there again however I noticed the carpet in my room did not appear to have been vacuumed, I found hair and strings and loose change on the floor and the bathroom looked like it was put together quickly. Room was nice, staff was helpful and polite. Just had hoped for more of a grab and go breakfast. There was no ice machine or soda/snack vending on my floor or the floor above. And the water flow in the shower went from scalding to freezing, back and forth making it impossible for some time to regulate the temperature.
I’ve been using the amateur grade at home.

My last trip to Anchorage was to the Wyndham Garden Inn and I'd sworn off Midtown because that Wyndham wasn't fit to serve as a kennel. I just wanted a liveable, comfortable place to shower and rest during my layover. Check-in was quick and easy. I was pleasantly surprised to find the room so immaculately clean. The bathroom was immaculately clean. I took the longest, most relaxing shower and slept soundly as if I was in bed at home. If I didn't have to check out for an early flight, I would've been at ease remaining in that bed for the next few hours. I have to fly through Anchorage often so I'm hopeful that I didn't stumble upon an anomaly because my intention is to return.
