I arrived late, and the hotel was very accommodating with my late check-in. The staff were sweet, polite, and welcoming. I really enjoyed having access to the 24-hour gym and the daily breakfast. Overall, a great stay. I’ll definitely return if I travel back to Anchorage!

The hotel was ok for what we needed it for. It is on a busy street, we heard ambulances 2-3 times every night. We were by the vending machine and elevator and surprisingly it wasn't loud. The breakfast is very meek, no health options at all besides a muffin and a banana. The location is good for going multiple different avenues of Arizona.

This is a difficult review to write but I want people to known so they can decide for themselves. We had no complaints once so ever with the hotel. From the shuttle driver to the hotel staff, they were excellent. The room was comfortable and clean. Our son recently was transferred to the Air Force base in Anchorage. He loaned us his vehicle to use while we were there. On our second night there, we came out the next morning to the window of his Jeep being smashed out. This is not the fault of the hotel but the hotel is located in an area with a prevalent homeless population. We were unaware of this when booking. Because our vehicle was not a rental, our travel insurance doesn't cover,so it was a $500 bill to have it repaired. Anchorage has a serious homeless/crime issues.

Online check-in was excellent, front desk staff was wonderful, I just picked up my keys and headed to my room. The room contains core elements for a guest’s comfort: king size comfortable bed, bedside tables with lamps, telephone, alarm clock, and many built-in USB ports. There’s chair, flat-screen TV, a small microwave and refrigerator, and a coffee maker, with complimentary supplies. There’s a hair dryer in the bathroom and as well as guest laundry. I utilized it, $2.50 to wash and $2.00 for drying. The hotel is average but with friendly and hospitable staff. The airport shuttle is an added bonus for guests. However, they could benefit from improving the breakfast menu, no choice for vegetarians.
