This is a great property and is very convenient to the airport. They do have a shuttle but I had a rental car and didn’t need to use it. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are very comfy. The staff are pleasant and helpful. They do offer a continental breakfast but there is a limited selection. There are several restaurants within a block or so, including the Alaska Chopped and Chowdered, which was excellent. Definitely would stay here again!

Nice property, the definition of a three star hotel. I had heavy bags and all the rooms are far from the front door, so that was an avoidable pain point. The breakfast is good and the rest is a solid three stars.

The hotel was attempting a renovation however it was quite dirty. There was trash everywhere at breakfast. Hair was all over the bathroom floor. And every fixture needed a good wipe off. Rooms were average but had no cover over the duvet cover. It was gross.

The propertyhas honeless and meth heads on parking lott, and the fro t desk people agreed and said stay somewhere else, so we did and still is getting charged for like 4 or 5 days... we never checked in, cause we saw the place.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and nice decor around the building. Breakfast and room did not match the pictures. No pastries, muffins, danish, or bagels available for breakfast. No cut strawberries or cups of fresh fruit just apples and oranges. The room had no closet, one chair, and one table.

I booked two rooms. My room had a stain on the carpet. It was late so we just went to sleep. Woke up the next morning and found the same color stain on our blanket. Then the sink wouldn't drain. My dad was in the other room and his bed felt like a box spring not an actual mattress.

Our room was not ready at the posted check-in time. We waited in the lobby for an hour and we were never told a room was ready but when I went to the counter they checked us right in. The room was tiny. The bathroom was a shower and commode, with a lavatory outside in the room. There were 4 coat hooks by the lavatory to hang coats and towels, it no closet and nowhere to put luhhage except on the crowded floor.

Liked the lobby and the room. Location and parking were good. Could get some bleach onto the black mold on the shower tiles. Couldn't cool the room down easily. Breakfast was ok.
