It took 45 minutes for the airport shuttle. The elevator was broke. The TV wouldn't chang channels. The walls are very thin. They is not a free breakfast.

3rd floor is best to stay away from cigarette smell. 3rd floor was wheelchair accessible for the shower. However, might need someone to help keep the door open as they do not have door stoppers

Convenient shuttle to and from the hotel! Walking distance to everything we wanted to explore in Anchorage. Nice to have included breakfast every morning, with some limited selections. Overall, good service and appreciated the accommodations for our family trip with a toddler!

Most of the staff was very helpful. Our rooms were not as booked. The "A/C" was noisy and not suitable Our room had a broken window. One of the curtains was ripped and in need of replacing. The cupboard door in front or the refrigerator wouldn't stay closed creating a safety hazard for old people such as us. The first room we were "given" had a freezer that could not be used since it was frozen on my diabetic ice packs could go in it. I would definitely not recommend ANY ONE STAYING IN THIS FACILITY. 1 OUT OF 10 or worse!!!!

hotel was walking distance in downtown to all of my tour meeting points; nice breakfast each morning; appreciated the free airport shuttle (and that was easy to navigate); front desk staff friendly and helpful; hotel was quiet; bed was comfortable; shower was hot
